Clayton County Public Schools is hosting an Autism Awareness Community Meeting in response to recent incidents that have impacted our community.

This important meeting will provide families with an opportunity to connect with vendors and community partners who can offer valuable resources and support. The evening will also include a panel discussion designed to help parents and caregivers better understand important information and strategies to support the safety and well-being of all students.

We encourage families, caregivers, and community members to join us for this important conversation as we work together to create a safer, more supportive community for our children.

For additional information, please contact Tiffany Brown at [email protected]. 🍽️ Dinner will be served while supplies last.

Prom Night: Masquerade Ball 2026 ✨

Our students showed up and showed out at this year’s Masquerade Ball, and it was nothing short of magical. From the elegant masks to the joy on every face, the night was filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

This event was more than a prom—it was a celebration of belonging, confidence, and joy for students with disabilities and their friends. Every detail reflected the love and intention poured into making sure our students experienced a night they truly enjoyed and deserved.

-A heartfelt thank you to our parents for your continued support and partnership.
-To our incredible staff, your dedication and hard work made this night possible.
-And special thanks to the annual sponsorship from Clayton County Foundation, Inc. which always helps us bring this vision to life.

This night was a powerful reminder of what it means to break barriers and ensure every student is included, valued, and celebrated. In doing so, we continue creating a better tomorrow, today.

Today was a great reminder that this work truly belongs to all of us.

The Department of Exceptional Students from Clayton County Public Schools was proud to join the Autism Walk & Block Party hosted by the Clayton County Department of Senior Services.

We shared how we support students with autism, connected with families, shared resources, answered questions, explored volunteer opportunities—and even joined in a little line dancing!

When schools and communities come together, we create stronger outcomes for every student. If you have resources to support our families, we’d love to connect.

Together, we are building a better tomorrow, today.
