Connections covers it all: phonemic awareness, phonics, comprehension, vocabulary, and fluency.

“We are still working through Connections Comprehension, fiction and nonfiction. We are learning root words and vocabulary words. We are reading all kinds of books. Jenna has read 11 books so far and has learned 40 vocabulary words! When we start a book she'll stop me and ask, “Can I read now?” Children's books are usually funny and packed with novel words. She has a big notebook with lots of dividers for grammar, parts of speech, vocabulary. The time flies and we have so much fun!” -Audrey Ganong

Stop and look at this tiny bakery! 😍🥐 One of our sweet APPLE Group families spent some quality time rolling, shaping, and creating an entire spread of treats using Mrs. Cherry’s Very Best Play Dough recipe we shared before her birthday. We spy pretzels, fruit pies, waffles, macarons, and even some baguettes! 🥨🥧 There’s so much learning packed into play like this — and clearly a lot of fun, too. Thanks for sharing with us! 💛
