Alpha Tau Omega-Eta Gamma

ATO is collecting any non perishable food items like cans and box foods to help with the victims of last nights storm. You can swing by the house anytime at 1907 Eldridge st.
If you're in a sorority or fraternity and would like to donate we will be stopping by each house each night to collect any food collected. Thanks for everyone's help!

Tomorrow night we are having a cook out at 7pm for everyone to come over and enjoy our newly renovated common area and to celebrate the weekend of course!!!

Over this Spring Break the brothers of Eta Gamma have come together and renovate the chapter room from fresh coat of paint to refinishing the floors. Hope everyone will appreciate all the hard work the brothers have spent so many hours on.

Word of the day is unity. Defined as: the state of being united or joined as a whole. We are a fraternity. We are a group of men who have joined together to better ourselves as individuals but as a whole as well. Together anything is possible!

Word if the day is choice. Defined as; an act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities. Everyday we make choices. Joining ATO was a choice. Going to college was a choice. The choices we make define who we are. We won't always make the right choices but we should always try. Remember every choice you're faced with others have already made. So find what Happens. You control your own destiny.

Word of the day is courage. Defined as: the ability to do something that frightens one. When we are faced with obstacles we cannot let fear overtake us. As men we cannot live in fear. We must face these fears head on and overcome. There is no shame in being afraid. There is only shame in giving up.

Word of the day- helpful. Defined: giving aid or assistance. As brothers, we need to be helping each other in every aspect possible. Whether its with homework, house chores, or advice, we need to be constantly building each other up and being helpful to one another. Being helpful to one another on a constant basis helps build a stronger brotherhood between us as individuals, as well as a group.

Word of the day is two words , work ethic. Defined as:
A set of values based on the moral virtues of hard work and diligence. A strong work ethic means that your not afraid to put the extra effort into getting things done. From house upkeep to recruitment lets all have a strong work ethic and accomplish our goals.

The word of the day is brotherhood defined as the belief, feeling, or hope that all people should regard and treat each other as equals. This word plays a key part in the fraternity because without it there is no fraternity. So as you go about your day remember treat each other with love and respect.

Word of the day is faith. Defined as : Confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing. We must have faith in our chapter. Have faith that the principles on which we were founded will make us better men if we adhere to them. Have faith in each other. That is one of the foundations of brotherhood.
