Our 9th grade TSA members had a great time meeting and learning with members from other schools at ARTSA COLA today!

Ten of the TSA students competed at the State Spring Conference yesterday. All three of our teams placed. Quinn, Daniel & Jude won 1st place in Tech Bowl. Fisher, Jude, Conner, Beau & Carter M won 2nd place in Video Game Design. And Chris, Carter W & Xavier won 3rd place in Video Game Design.

Kent Julian, our speaker, pointed out that too often we let the positive or negative events of our lives to produce the outcomes. Instead we need to recognize that it's those positive or negative events PLUS our response that produce the outcomes.

Today, we volunteered at the Food Bank of NEA. One student enjoyed it so much, he said he'd rather work there all day than go to school! The Food Bank provides such an important service for our community.

We highly recommend signing up a group.
