Families will soon receive information about your student’s progress so far this school year. This information is designed to keep you informed and help support your child’s continued growth and success.

The information will include:

1️⃣ ATLAS screener results and information about your student’s performance
2️⃣ Foundational skills screener results in reading and early literacy
3️⃣ Information about the Third Grade Promotion Law and what it means for K–2 students and families
4️⃣ A blank copy of the report card, including the standards being taught and how mastery will be measured

Nettleton Public Schools plans to apply for an Ed-Flex waiver through the Arkansas Department of Education. This waiver may allow the district more flexibility to meet the needs of our students and schools.

🎉 A NEW CHAPTER FOR FOX MEADOW!🎉

Yesterday, we officially celebrated the opening of the Fox Meadow Gymnasium with a ribbon cutting ceremony! 🏫✂️

This incredible new space will serve both Fox Meadow Elementary and Fox Meadow School of Creative Media, providing students with a place to learn, compete, gather, and create lasting memories for years to come.

We were honored to have so many members of our community join us for this special occasion, including representatives from the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Harold Copenhaver, architects from Brackett & Krennerich, contractors from Tate Construction, School Board Members, students, local media outlets, and many other community partners and supporters.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. This gymnasium represents more than a new building—it represents an investment in our students, our schools, and the future of the Nettleton community. 💛🖤

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible. We can't wait to see all the memories made inside these walls!

Every day counts. Every student matters.

Showing up for school every day is one of the most important things students can do for their success. When students attend school regularly, they have more opportunities to learn, build relationships, participate in activities, and stay on track academically.

We know that life happens and some absences are unavoidable, but whenever possible, make school attendance a priority. Missing just a few days can add up and make it harder for students to keep up with their classmates.

This September, let’s work together to make showing up a priority! Help your Raider start each day ready to learn, grow, and succeed. 🎓

🎉 FOX MEADOW GYMNASIUM RIBBON CUTTING 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone for Nettleton Public Schools!

Join us Tuesday, September 8th at 1:00 p.m. for the Fox Meadow Gymnasium Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as we officially open one of the newest additions to our campuses!

This new gymnasium brings together Fox Meadow Elementary and Fox Meadow School of Creative Media, providing our students with a new space to learn, grow, play, and make memories for years to come. 🖤💛

We invite our families, staff, community members, and Raider supporters to join us as we celebrate this exciting moment in Nettleton’s continued growth!
