So this week has been such a whirlwind of emotions for me! Not only did our baby have her first official dance/ sneaker ball, but she also graduated from 5th grade! 😭😭😭 She received 14 awards in all, including one for earning straight A's all school year! 🥰 I am beyond proud, nervous, and excited for her next chapter! I've been on the floor since Wednesday because I really can't believe my baby is.. well, no longer a baby! So middle school, here we come! I guess 😔😅🎊

For anyone wanting to learn more information about giraffes, look at this great opinion piece that one of my 5-YEAR- OLD students wrote! He came up with all of the reasons why he thinks a giraffe is the best animal and wrote each word on his own! He was even able to spell most of the words on his own, as I encouraged him to sound each one out! Who knew a 5-YEAR-OLD could be so opinionated!? 😁🥰✍️🏾

If you have skills that you would like for your child to work on, I am currently enrolling and have individual tutoring space available for the summer. Help your child prevent learning loss by practicing and working on new and/or old skills virtually or face-to-face, with a certified teacher this summer!
