Sorority Saturday🩷💚:
During Mental Health Awareness Month, members of the Kappa Nu Omega Chapter spent an empowering afternoon focused on mental wellness, community support, building supportive connections, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
Huge thank you to our guest speaker Dominique White, EdD, LPC, CRC. She reminded us that our minds matter and we matter. Together, we can create healthier minds, stronger communities, and a safe space for healing and growth. 🩷💚

💚Mental Health Awareness Month💚
May is .
Sisters, this is our gentle reminder to pause, check in, and pour back into you.
This year, we’re leaning into joy, not as something random, but something intentional. For us, joy is courage. It’s healing. It’s resistance. And it’s necessary.
Taking care of your mental and emotional well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. So this month, let’s be intentional together:
💚 Choose one thing that restores you
💚 Set one boundary that protects your peace
💚 Show one act of compassion, to yourself or someone else
When we prioritize our wellness, we don’t just thrive, we uplift our families, our communities, and each other.
Let’s SOAR in sisterhood and choose joy today, and every day.🩷💚
