Our staff has officially been sorted into one of six houses, and while each house has its own unique identity and values, together we are ONE school family.

Our teachers had a surprise visitor at lunch today, our Local Spider-Man Hero himself! While he may help citizens in our city, we’re pretty sure the other heroes in this picture spend their days changing the world one student at a time.

Today was filled with laughter, learning, excitement, and the kind of high positive energy that reminds us why we love what we do. There is something special about having our Math & Science family back together, united with one purpose—to make this the best year yet for our students!

A very special THANK YOU goes to FBC Jonesboro, AR making a delicious breakfast buffet for our staff and retired teacher, Cheryl Reeves Houston, for generously donating today’s wonderful door prizes! Ya’lls kindness and continued support of our staff mean so much, and we are incredibly grateful. ❤️

🎒 Helpful Tip: Feel free to bring your school supplies to Open House! Dropping them off that evening means one less thing to carry on the first day of school.

We are quickly approaching OPEN HOUSE 🏠on THURSDAY, August 6, 2026 🎉🎊here at Math and Science, and we hope that our kiddos have had a great summer vacation ☀️🏖️. We pride ourselves in keeping a safe learning environment for our students and staff, and that includes calling parents or guardians so that we are able to get them home in case of an emergency. This is where we need your help. If you have moved 🚚during the summer or changed your phone ☎️ numbers, we desperately need to update those changes in our system. If you plan on attending the open house, we ask that you bring proof of address with you, in the form of a utility bill 🧾, such as CWL, (City, Water, and Light), summary for Gas bill, or Lease, because unfortunately, we can’t accept a cell phone bill. If you would kindly stop by the front office with your information and let us know, we would greatly appreciate it.
