The A-State Lecture-Concert Series is excited to announce its 2025-2026 season! Please join us as we welcome vibrant speakers and performers from across the country to our campus.

All events are FREE and open to the public.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Laura Soter to campus this week. Don’t miss her lecture “Does Being a Good Friend Require You to Believe Your Friends?”

We are excited to kick off this year’s Lecture-Concert series at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, September 24 in the Recital Hall of the Fine Arts Center, located at 2412 Quapaw Way. Taking the stage is Dr. Camille Ortiz, a celebrated soprano who is internationally recognized for her performances. She will be singing songs by composers from Venezuela, Chile Peru, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Cuba.

This event takes place during national Hispanic Heritage month, so we hope that everyone in our community who celebrates and those who want to know more will come listen to beautiful music with powerful stories.

Estamos emocionados de dar inicio a la serie de conferencias y conciertos de este año a las 7:30 p. m. el martes 24 de septiembre en el Recital Hall del Fine Arts Center, ubicado en 2412 Quapaw Way. Subiendo al escenario estará la Dra. Camille Ortiz, una célebre soprano reconocida internacionalmente por sus interpretaciones. Ella cantará canciones de compositores de Venezuela, Chile, Perú, Argentina, Puerto Rico y Cuba.
