🎳 Celebrating Recovery Month with FUN, Fellowship & Community! 💙

September is Recovery Month, and we had an amazing time celebrating with our participants at the Hijinx: The Funtivity Spot! 🎳✨

Several of our staff, volunteers, and peers came out to spend the day with our participants, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. There were plenty of laughs, encouragement, friendly competition, and, most importantly, an opportunity to connect and enjoy some good, clean fun in recovery! 🙌

A HUGE thank you to the bowling alley for providing an alcohol-free environment where our participants can come together, have fun, build connections, and make positive memories. Your support means so much to our recovery community! 💙

Recovery is about more than staying sober—it’s about living, connecting, celebrating, and finding joy along the way.

We are excited to share that several members of the Craighead County STAR Court team recently attended the All Rise National Conference! 🎉

Our treatment providers, Peer Recovery Support Specialist, and Case Manager spent the week learning new strategies, best practices, and innovative ideas to better serve our participants and strengthen our program.
We're grateful for the opportunity to continue growing, learning, and bringing back valuable tools that will help support recovery, accountability, and long-term success in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who is committed to making Craighead County STAR Court the best it can be. We can't wait to put what we've learned into action! 💙⭐

May is ⭐️National Treatment Court Month⭐️, and yesterday was a special day for our treatment court community in Craighead County!

We were honored to join Mayor Harold Copenhaver as he officially proclaimed May as Treatment Court Month in Craighead County. Representatives from Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veterans Court, and STAR Court came together to celebrate the life-changing work being done through treatment courts in our community.

Treatment courts provide hope, accountability, recovery, and second chances for individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges. We are grateful for the partnerships that make this work possible and for the opportunity to continue serving our community together.

Thank you to Mayor Copenhaver for recognizing the impact of treatment courts and supporting recovery in Craighead County!

We’re proud to share that members of our STAR Court team attended the Annual Arkansas Specialty Court Conference in Little Rock this week!

This conference provides valuable opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen the work we do to support individuals and families in our community.

We are also excited to celebrate two of our dedicated team members who were honored with their 10 Years of Service Awards from the Administrative Office of the Courts. Their commitment and passion continue to make a lasting impact.
