It may be the Dog Days of Summer, but here at Swiss Valley, every day is a fox day.

Cheers to our three-legged legend, who does an amazing job navigating the slopes and all while keeping a close eye on us.

It’s time to say goodbye to the Swiss Valley 320 Black Arms after nearly 50 years of faithful snowmaking service.

These 320s were true snowmaking soldiers, spending countless cold nights transforming bare hillsides into the snow-covered slopes where generations of skiers and snowboarders made unforgettable memories.

As we retire these iconic snow guns, we’re making way for expanded terrain and a new generation of snowmaking equipment. It’s the end of an era, but also an exciting step forward as we continue investing in the future of Swiss Valley.

The final descent of the Swiss Valley Black Arms after nearly 50 years of snowmaking service.
The old 320s were true snowmaking soldiers, turning bare hillsides into snow covered slopes where so many of us learned to ski, raced our friends, and made the best winter memories.
Now it’s time to say goodbye as we retire these iconic snow guns to make way for expanded terrain and a new generation of snowmaking equipment. Built by Swiss Valleys founder Jim Wiseman, the 320 black arms will always be part of Swiss Valley’s story. SkiSwissValley.com
