JJC Culinary Arts’ Chef for a Day program takes you on a journey through our state-of-the-art culinary facility – from learning knife skills and spending time in our bakeshops to experiencing the fast pace of a full-service student-run restaurant and watching an ice carving demonstration, this is an experience you won’t want to miss. You’ll experience the food, the culture, and be able to interact with our amazing faculty & staff.

Come join us to raise scholarship dollars for culinary students at both the Joliet Junior College Culinary Program and Moraine Valley Culinary. We've teamed up to raise much needed funds for culinary scholarships in memory of a wonderful Chef, friend and mentor to many young culinarians, Chef Patrick Concannon.
