We will offer the experiences typically found in child-centered learning centers; however, what is special about Little Sprouts is that these experiences will be focused through daily interaction with nature, animals and plant life. The purpose of the Joliet Park District page is to inform the public abo

‼️ Nature Center Closure & Pilcher Park Update
Due to a power outage caused by the recent storms, our Pilcher Park Nature Center is closed and all Nature Center camps are canceled.

In addition, Pilcher Park roads are closed because of storm damage and ongoing cleanup efforts. Please avoid the area and do not drive around barricades or closure signs for your safety and to allow crews to work efficiently.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to safely restore operations. Updates will be posted here and Pilcher Park Nature Center as they become available.
