Our newest hair braiding students quickly learned that braiding is more than creating beautiful styles. It takes patience, practice, and strong hands. Professional habits start with proper sanitation. Never place a towel that has been dropped or is dirty back on a client’s head. If a towel becomes contaminated, place it in the dirty towel bin and grab a clean towel before continuing the service. Small choices like these help maintain a safe and professional environment.

Students, make cleanliness part of every service. Do use a fresh clean towel for every client when needed. Do not place a dirty or dropped towel back on a client’s head. Protect your clients by following proper sanitation procedures every time.
