Bishop McCort Catholic Academy proudly welcomed U.S. Senator Dave McCormick to 25 Osborne Street today. Senator McCormick met with students, teachers, and parents to discuss the importance of Governor Shapiro supporting the Federal Education Tax Credit Program, the critical need for Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program, and the broader importance of school choice.
We were honored to host Senator McCormick during his visit to the Johnstown area and appreciated the opportunity for our school community to engage in meaningful conversation about educational opportunities for families across Pennsylvania.

Some Crushers had a unique opportunity to personally meet Air Force Colonel Andy Stremmel-- 1996 McCort alum-- at the Showcase for Commerce Luncheon today. They were intrigued by what it takes to keep our country safe and strong. Johnathan Matse and Landon Heptner played the National Anthem. The Crushers were happy to be welcomed into the Defense house.
