Please help me in welcoming our newest member to LHN!

Kelly Morgan — a 54-year-old bodybuilder, U.S.
Air Force veteran, registered nurse, mother of 2,
and sustainable lifestyle and fitness advocate —
is the powerhouse behind MorGainz Fitness. As
founder and owner of the multi-location fitness
brand, Kelly oversees operations, manages a
growing team and leads expansion efforts across
southwestern Pennsylvania — all while continuing
to personally train and support members.

After serving four years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force, Kelly worked as a nurse, earned her undergraduate degree, and raised a family before diving into entrepreneurship.
Frustrated with the lack of quality fitness facilities in her hometown of Johnstown, PA, she set out to create something different: a gym grounded in science, nutrition and a no-excuses mindset. In 2012, she leased a 10,000-square-foot facility in Richland Township — and MorGainz Fitness was born.

Today, MorGainz offers 24/7 access, modern equipment, fitness classes and science-backed services like metabolism measurement, body composition analysis and Kelly’s signature
Ignite 90 program — a personalized, sustainable weightlifting and macro coaching experience. With four locations and counting, MorGainz is now a regionally recognized fitness brand known for its supportive, fiercely motivating atmosphere.

Whether competing in bodybuilding competitions, coaching the Johnstown Tomahawks hockey team, teaching classes, working with ignite 90 clients in person or remotely or serving as a yoga instructor at the University of Pittsburgh at
Johnstown, Kelly brings unmatched passion and energy to everything she does. She proudly supports her community, serves on the board of the nonprofit Steeples Project and is a sponsor of Wendy Bell Radio.
