Meet Derek Horner, our Head Women's Volleyball Coach.
Derek began his tenure with Penn Highlands in 2024. He has dedicated over three decades of his life to volleyball, beginning his journey at the age of 8.
He guided the Black Bears to a runner-up finish in the 2025 WPCC/Region 20 Tournament, and will look to build on the success as he enters his third season. The program will be moving to NJCAA Division II beginning this fall.
