* Monday: 7:00 AM Cardio/Weights
* Tuesday: 7:30 AM Body Image; 8:30 AM Cardio/Strength Circuit; 4:30 PM Zumba Kick
* Wednesday: 7:00 AM Cardio/Weights
* Thursday: 7:30 AM Body Image; 8:30 AM Cardio/Strength Circuit; 4:30 PM Zumba
* Friday: 7:00 AM Cardio/Weights
* Saturday: 10:00 AM Zumba

Our classes are included with membership or $5 drop-in for non-members. It’s a great community and a great way to stay accountable.

We encourage everyone to get moving, regardless of fitness level. We’re a community that’s here to help and support you.
