Community Action Partnership of Cambria County is the Grantee for our local Early Head Start, Head Start, Head Start State, and PA Pre-K Counts Programs.
Community Action Partnership of Cambria County is the Grantee for our local funded Early Head Start, Head Start, Head Start State Supplemental, and PA Pre-K Counts Programs. We enroll 416 three to five year-old's and 24 infants to three year-old's along with pregnant mothers who are income eligible. In 2022, the family guidelines range from below poverty level to 300% of poverty level income is $8

Now Accepting Applications to enroll children in our FREE Early Childhood Programs for ages 3 to 5 years old (must not be 5 years old by school district cutoff date) for the 22-23 School Year.
Check out the list in the picture below of upcoming locations throughout Cambria County, where we will be available to answer any questions and fill out applications.
A list of items needed for the application and more information are included in the attached pictures.
