4TH ANNUAL NATIONAL KOREAN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!🏆

We are now less than 8 weeks away from the 2026 National Korean Karate Championships at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and we’re getting excited!

If you haven’t already, now is the time to start making your plans for the weekend. We’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for a full weekend of traditional martial arts, competition, camaraderie, and fun.

There will be plenty happening both Friday and Saturday, including Forms, Point Fighting, Team Fighting, Weapons, and Breaking Competition, along with a Sparring Seminar with Grandmaster Robert Zang on Friday evening. And once again, registered competitors ages 13+ can attend the seminar FREE!

Never Stop Training. Never Stop Growing.

At 54 years old, Master Joe Goss Jr. has been training in martial arts since he was just 6 years old; nearly five decades of discipline and commitment.

After dealing with a hip issue that restricted his ability to kick for the past 9 years, he’s recently been able to return to practicing kicks and forms with more frequency.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep pushing yourself.

Age is never an excuse to stop doing what you love.

Never stop training.

⬛️ Wednesday, August 5th (No Classes)

⏰ 5:30 pm: Children (6-12) 10th gup - 8th gup (Belts: White, Yellow, and Orange - current ranking)

⏰ 6:15 pm: Children (6-12) 7th gup to 2nd gup (Belts: Orange/Stripe, Green, Green/Stripe, Brown, Brown/Stripe, and Red - current ranking)

⏰ 7:00 pm: Teen/Adult Color Belts, Black Belt Pretest (Red/Stripe and Blue) and Certifications

💰 Payment: You may pay on the day of or in advance, but we recommend submitting your payment early so we can have the paperwork prepared prior to testing day. You may also make your payment on the MyStudio app. (📅 Calendar icon at the bottom of the app.)
