Pioneer Ridge Elementary opened its doors for the first time in August of 2005. The school houses grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Early in the fall of 2005 student elections were held at Pioneer Ridge to select our first student council. The student council organized a school wide vote for a new school mascot (the stallion) and new school colors (blue and gold).

What better way to celebrate making it through the FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL than with a sweet treat from our friends at Paradice Cream?!

SUPER Stallions: ABSOLUTELY ✔️✔️✔️✔️

We have it on good authority that this herd of SUPER Stallions just had the BEST FIRST WEEK YET⭐️ We are SO proud of every student, (and honestly, every parent and staff member too) for flawlessly executing this first week back 🙌🏻🫶🏻🙌🏻

A special thank you to Jeff at Paradice Cream for continuing to show up for our PRE family and support our PTO fundraising events. We are so grateful for businesses that believe in our school and our students like you! ❤️

And a HUGE THANK YOU to every family who stopped by for a scoop after school today! 🍦 Your support helps our PTO cover the costs of making LEGO STEM Club FREE for students in every grade this year 🙌

WHEW. You. Guys… HOW are we already almost through the first week of school?! If you’re running on caffeine, snacks, and pure “we made it out the door” energy...well....same 🙋🏻‍♀️

🍦 Tomorrow after school, Paradice Cream of Milliken will be here!!!🥳🥳

Stop by, grab a sweet treat, and make that First Friday pick-up just a little sweeter 🤗💞

And the best part? 25% of proceeds come back to PRE PTO to help us fund our after-school enrichment clubs so they can be NO COST to all of our students this year! 🎉

So basically… ice cream = supporting our kids

The backpacks. The tiny faces. The “I’m totally fine, Mom” smiles. The shoes they insisted on wearing. The pictures you took approximately 47 times because HOW are they already this big?!

🚨 CALLING ALL KINDER PARENTS 🚨

Okay, Kindergarten drop-off...we know. WE KNOW 😭🥹 Because... Same 🫶🏻

Whether your kiddo skips happily into school while you sit in the car questioning how they got this big… or you're the one who needs a minute (or twelve) to pull yourself together, we've got you boo.

Join us Wednesday morning for Kindergarten Tears & Cheers! 🥹☕️🧃

📍 Look for the PTO tent behind the drop-off line by the playground. We'll have drinks, treats, caffeine, and a whole bunch of other parents flipping between "YAY FREE TIME 🥳" and also "My sweet baby is in KINDER 😭"

It's the perfect chance to:
✨ Meet some of the other Kinder parents
☕️ Grab a caffeine refill for the day ahead
🧁 Snag a little treat
😭 Laugh/cry/pretend we're totally fine
💙 Remind yourself that you're absolutely not doing this alone
