To the Furry family,

Our hearts are broken. Elizabeth meant so much to our Martial Arts family. Many of us witnessed her faithfully walking beside Brionna throughout her martial arts journey, all while knowing the serious medical challenges Brionna faces each day. Elizabeth’s strength, advocacy, and love were constant.

Not long ago, Elizabeth shared with me , through FB messenger, how proud she was of her family and the milestones Kaitlyn, Brionna, and Zachary were reaching. She truly was a very special mother.

May God bless and hold Brion close as he navigates this life journey without Elizabeth, surrounding him with strength, comfort, and peace.

I feel truly blessed that our lives crossed, and I am a better person for having known Elizabeth. She will never be forgotten. 🕊️

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Ron Lang. He was such a strong, dedicated, and joyful spirit—someone who brought energy, heart, and laughter to every workout. We all looked forward to seeing him each day, and his presence truly made our fitness community feel like family.

Even more than his strength and discipline, what stood out most was his kindness and the way he inspired everyone around him. He wasn’t just a client—he was an essential part of that chapter of my life and of the program itself. He was a friend. His passion, determination, and positive spirit left a lasting impact on all of us.

It was an honor to have taught not only him but also his incredible wife, two sons and father-in-law. Their family was, and always will be, such a cherished part of my journey. Please know my heart is with all of you during this time. May you find comfort in the love and memories that surround you.

His amazing smile, his compassion, his talent! This young man instructed so many young students, adult students and worked well with all the other instructors. He had a way, he was a wonderful, beautiful person. He will forever be missed but never forgotten 🙏❤️My heart is broken to hear of his passing at such a young age but my faith says RIP until we meet again 🕊️
Please keep his parents and his brother in your prayers. I was blessed to have known you Jacob and forever grateful that our paths crossed.
