Our playground is about to look very different. 🎉

This October, we're replacing the fence around our outdoor play space with a wood privacy fence, giving our kids a calmer, more enclosed place to play. This project has been funded entirely by our community. Local businesses, current families, alumni families, and neighbors who just wanted to do something good for the kids in this town.

Friday marked the last day of 2026 summer camps!

What a summer! It was full of adventures, arts and crafts, and good times. The children enjoyed water days and learning about all of the themes. Special shout out to Miss Janet and Miss Sam for throwing a mini carnival for our students. The classrooms were completely transformed into a circus scenes and the campers got treats, played games and won prizes! It was the best way to end our time together.

RA is in Back to School mode now. We look forward to seeing everyone at Back to School Night tomorrow!

Are you a passionate educational leader who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and our community?

RA is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and experienced Head of School to lead our school and champion our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with people, and is ready to provide leadership across our educational programs, staff, operations, enrollment, and community relationships.

We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead and inspire faculty and staff
- Support and strengthen our Montessori educational program
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Oversee school operations, compliance, and financial responsibilities
- Help grow enrollment and strengthen student retention
- Represent RA within our community
- Embrace and promote a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive school environment

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR/
At least 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field and at least 2 years of experience working with children.
