The 35th Annual Showcase for Commerce in Johnstown, PA, connects regional businesses with major defense contractors and federal leaders to drive procurement opportunities. Crucially, Pitt-Johnstown secures this economic growth by supplying top-tier healthcare graduates (nursing, respiratory care, and surgical technology) to ensure the robust medical infrastructure required by multinational corporations. Dr Amanda Budzina demonstrates how virtual reality simulation supports readiness for practice. Mrs Wendy Smith provided health promotion information.

Mrs. O'Roark, Dr. Ferguson, and Maddison Rensko recently visited Conemaugh Township Elementary School to introduce our students to the rewarding career of nursing. It was an extra special visit as Maddison returned to her roots as a proud Conemaugh Township Alumna (Class of 2022) and a recent UPJ graduate (Class of 2026), showing our students exactly what dedication and hard work can achieve. 💙💛
