šŸ¤Do you know someone who crochets, knits, or sews? MVHPC is looking for donations of new lap blankets to include in our Home Care Bags.

šŸ¤We had an amazing supply of them, sending 30 out into the community EACH month, since February. Now our cupboards are bare!

šŸ¤Donations can be dropped off to the MVHPC offices, Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Congrats to Cody!

Congrats to Cody!

Juniper Jill is proud to introduce one of our growers, Cody Motsiff. Cody is a Cambridge High School graduate and then went on to Hudson Valley Community College. After earning his HVAC degree, he spent the next few years growing from an installation associate to a lead installer for a well-known local HVAC company.

In the spring of 2022, Cody applied for and was accepted into the Cannabis Cultivation program through Fulton Montgomery College. Cody says that the program's layout of a hybrid classroom and on-site internship program was enticing. Cody joined the Juniper Jill team as an intern in the fall of 2022 and was offered a full-time position once the internship concluded in 2023. In addition to working with cannabis, the atmosphere and his co-workers have made Juniper Jill a place he feels at home. Cody finished his program in May of this year and has been shining at the farm since. His background in HVAC has helped him become an integral part of many facets of the business including maintenance of the hoop houses and installation of water and electricity.

When Cody isn't working at the farm, you can find him playing volleyball, working out, or enjoying camping and concerts with friends. Thank you, Cody, for all you do for Juniper Jill.
