We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our friend, and longtime member, Dave Larsen. Dave was one of the coolest, and kindest people anyone could hope to meet. Prayers to his family, and to his many friends. Dave, you will be missed, my friend.

Our October 20th show is going to be a doozy! One of the highlights will be some outstanding auction items!
We are very fortunate to have a Jimmy Sabo custom Case large trapper and plaque available for auction. The knife is a Case 6265SS with pearl scales that were hand cut by Mr. Sabo, with cocobolo and Rafir inlays. The HKCC plaque is made out of the same materials. Like all of Mr. Sabo’s knives, this is truly a one of a kind knife and will be the pride of any collector worth their salt. For members who are not able to make it, we will be accepting phone bids until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 17th. Phone bids are limited to current members only and the details to bid are in our latest newsletter. If you would like to become a member, and receive our quarterly newsletter, please send a P.M. to this page for details. This page is not checked daily, so expect a delay, and please do not expect to be able to orchestrate a phone bid before the meeting if you are not already a member. Although you are certainly welcome to join us in person Saturday, October 20th!
In addition the Jimmy Sabo custom, we will be auctioning two very nice custom haired-hide Grey Wildebeest knife cases, donated by Tim Gorsch. The knife cases will be limited to folks attending the show, so in-person bids only. Please keep in mind, admission to the show is FREE to all, member or not. The auction items are open to everyone, member or not, the day of the show. The auction items are strictly to raise funds for our club, a not for profit organization. NO BIDS CAN BE ACCEPTED VIA F.B. - So please do not try!
