Hi Beaver Creek Families!

Just a reminder that Staff Appreciation Week is coming up next week! The Beaver Creek PTO is excited to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff, and we’d love your help to make it extra special.

Here’s what’s planned:

May 4 – You make every day pop! Sodas and chips
May 5 – Let’s taco ‘bout how amazing you are! Walking tacos
May 6 – Nothing bundt the best! Dessert + small gift
May 7 – Thanks a latte! Coffee truck drinks for all staff
May 8 – A little something for someone who gives so much Gift cards
How you can help:

Get students involved:

Sunday: Chalk the sidewalk! Decorate the front sidewalks with thank-you messages for our teachers and staff
Monday: Make a card
Tuesday: Give a high five
Wednesday: Wear teacher’s favorite color/team
Thursday: Draw a picture or write a note
Friday: Wear rainbow colors
Thank you for your support—everything is optional and appreciated as we celebrate our wonderful staff!

PTO GRANT UPDATE

The BCPTO has been busy putting our fall fundraiser donations to work! We are thrilled to share that several teacher grants have been funded and are already making a difference in our school.
-Specialized headphones for reading support
-Clothing rack for 1st grade cold weather gear
-Storage shelves with bins for ALL kindergarten classrooms
-Student stools for two 1st grade classes
-Laminating film for the Art room
-Multiple wheelchair ponchos and blankets for all-inclusive recess
-Historical fiction texts for 5th grade
-Manipulatives for Kindergarten learning
-Coding mouse sets for 1st grade classes
-All new seating for the Art room
-Classroom headphone sets for 5th grade
-Decodable texts for special education classes

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL WORKS
All original works will be sent home in backpacks this weekend! If you do not wish to keep your magnet or order any additional items, please return the bag with the magnet in it to school next week.

If you would like to keep your magnet or order additional items please send in exact cash or check along with the filled out order form to school with your child by Tuesday, March 10th.
