🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Wardlaw Cross Country is off and running! 💛

Our Patriots completed their first meet of the season this morning! We are so proud of the effort, determination, and heart shown by all of our runners.

With 17 runners on the team this year, we’re excited to see what this group accomplishes as they continue to grow throughout the season!

Our K5–8th grade Patriots had a great time exploring the Agriculture in the Classroom mobile classroom today! 🚜🌾

This interactive bus, brought to our campus through Farm Bureau gave our students a hands-on opportunity to learn more about agriculture, farming, and where the food we enjoy every day comes from.

We’re thankful for experiences like this that bring learning to life and help our students make real-world connections right here on campus! 💚

Our 6th graders walked into class to find their classroom a complete mess! 😱 Instead of simply cleaning it up, they turned it into a hands-on Life Skills 101 lesson.

Students practiced everyday cleaning skills by sweeping, picking up trash, and properly throwing it away. They also completed a chore worksheet and participated in a discussion about the importance of keeping their spaces clean and organized. 🏠✨

A messy classroom turned into a valuable lesson, because life skills are skills for life! ❤️

Look at our awesome K4 writers! ✏️💛

Our little learners are enjoying some quiet writing time as they build their stamina, strengthen their fine motor skills, and practice important prewriting skills.

We love watching their confidence grow as they learn, practice, and show what they can do. Way to go, K4! 📝✨

Mrs. Smith’s 4th grade class learned about Mount St. Helens in Science today! Students put their learning into action with a fun volcano experiment and discovered more about the science behind volcanic eruptions. 🌋🔬

As part of their learning, students also began working toward their Junior Ranger badges through the National Park Service’s Junior Ranger Program. Through fun, hands-on activities, the program encourages students to learn about, appreciate, and care for our national parks. 🌲🏅

What a fun day of learning and discovery!

Mrs. Cumbee and several members of our Yearbook staff spent the day at Aiken High School for the Jostens Yearbook Workshop! Our students spent the day learning about yearbook themes, design, layout, and the creative process behind bringing a yearbook to life.

They even got a head start on designing the cover for the 2027 Wardlaw Academy yearbook! 🎨📖

We can’t wait to see what they create!
