Today is Thank a Dance Teacher Day. No matter your age, no matter how long you danced or how long it’s been since you danced, we all have a dance teacher (and hopefully more than one) who had a great impact on your life. A lot of times, these teachers are coaches, cheerleaders, an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on. They are also makeup artists, music editors, formation/line organizers, creative minds. Many teach dance as a second job just because they love the art form and the kids/teens/adults so much. So for everything they do or have ever done for us…we Thank You!!! Pics:

For all the unending love and support you give us, for driving us to dance classes, for learning how to do stage makeup and hair, for carrying our costumes for us, and for spending the weekend at competitions…we thank you! You are our moms and you are our dance moms! Forever and always. We love you and hope you have joy in seeing us dance…be it on stage, in the kitchen (because kitchens are perfect for practicing turns!) or just around the house. Happy Mother’s Day to all our moms and dance moms!!
