Today our toddlers explored Sticky Picture Art! 🎨🖐️ Using colorful shapes, the children practiced picking up, placing, sorting, and counting while enjoying a fun hands-on sensory experience.

This activity supports Rhode Island early learning development standards through fine-motor development, early math skills, sensory exploration, creativity, and problem-solving as children strengthen hand-eye coordination and begin recognizing colors, shapes, and quantities. 💛💚💙

📬💌 Today in Pre-K, we learned all about community workers with a special focus on the Postal Service! Our little learners practiced writing and “mailing” their own letters while discovering how postal workers help our community every day. 📮✉️❤️

Curiosity led to today’s adventure! 🦗💚

Our Pre-K students discovered a praying mantis on the playground, and we turned the moment into a hands-on science lesson! We observed it closely, asked questions, shared fun facts, and learned about its important role in nature before safely returning it to its habitat.

At Creative Early Learning Center, the best lessons are often the ones we don’t plan! 🌿🔍💚

✨ One year ago, we had the incredible honor of attending the Community Choice Awards Gala, where Creative Early Learning Center was named Best Childcare in Rhode Island for 2025. 🏆💛

Looking back at these photos fills my heart with so much gratitude. Seeing these plaques hanging on the wall at my center is a daily reminder of the trust our families have placed in us and the dedication of our amazing staff who make this possible every single day.

As we get ready for this year’s Community Choice Awards Gala on August 20, 2026, I am beyond excited and humbled to share that Creative Early Learning Center has once again been recognized as a Top 3 Finalist in not just one, but two incredible categories:

No matter what happens on awards night, being recognized among the top three is an honor we will never take for granted.
