not all glitz and glam .. slow days where we just study .. days where we are completely hands on all day practicing .. days where we have back to back clients at school.

some days those alanis go fast .. other days you sip slowly

the end goal is to learn as much as you can to be comfortable at your passion. you learn more as you go.

as we need to remember to slow down and pace. so do you.

relax. think twice. drink your water. go on that walk. move your body. importantly LOVE YOURSELF.
