The SHHS Percussion will have our Percussion Studio Recital Thursday at 7:00pm! Every student in the program learns solos and then chooses one to perform at our recital in May.
Free and open to the public. If you're available we would love to see you there!

Congratulations to Andy Holmes and Turner McCabe, two SHHS alumni, for their wonderful recital. The music was so very well performed, and Turner’s compositions were amazing!

Our last rehearsal before Spring Break...also our first rehearsal with everyone in 2 weeks.
It’s really rough, but it’s there. Very proud of the work the students have put in with such limited rehearsal time and inability to practice consistently after school.
Cannot wait until things get back to “normal”.

We just had an *AMAZING* session with Professor Derrick Greene from Tennessee State University. His clinic on HBCU drumming was fantastic!
