This is East Tennessee State University's chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success (a.k.a. Sigma Alpha Pi).

The Society provides a step-by-step program for members to build their leadership skills. The Society was founded in 2001 with the sole puropse of creating lasting positive change. Beginning with a handful of chapters and no membership component, the Society now reaches more than 130,000 students around the world. Our ETSU chapter was founded in 2012 and has nearly 800 inducted members.
