Every year, Binghamton University conducts a flag-raising and lowering ceremony outside the Couper Administration Building at 8:46 a.m., Sept. 11, in remembrance of the lives lost to the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

Today, remember the innocent lives taken and the courage that followed on that tragic day. 🇺🇸
