ETSU Tuba & Euphonium
The East Tennessee State University Tuba and Euphonium Studio is a part of the ETSU music department, under the direction of Dr. Steph Frye.
Welcome to the Tuba and Euphonium Studio of the ETSU Department of Music. Nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee, ETSU is a beautiful location and atmosphere to attend college. As a member of the tuba & euphonium studio students can expect to learn not only from me, their private lesson instructor, but also from their colleagues in the studio. Brass Day 2026
Thank you to the musician of the Knoxville Symphony Brass Quintet for coming out today. We had a blast learning from them! We had an amazing warmup lead by Steph Frye-Clark, our own tuba and euphonium professor.
A special thank you to Mike Anderson for holding a masterclass. Excellent job from Zoë, Micah, Rachel, and the BucBass Bro’s for their performances during the masterclass.
