On Saturday, Advanced Program students kicked off the year at the Honors Recital and Launch party. Performers at RCM Level 8+ took the stage--it was impressive!
At the party, goal setting, food, headshots, and a surprise session with Steve Maurice Jones (Broadway actor) got them ready for the exciting year ahead.

Happy Labor Day! Blair Academy is closed for lessons on Monday, September 7!

August Theory Week was a hit! 💥

Students spent the week building chords, sharpening their ears, clapping rhythms, and putting music theory into action. We loved getting to welcome students from across the Academy into the classroom!

Mini Musicians begins this week! This class is an excellent introduction to music and is held in a fun group setting.

If you want to begin lessons, but aren't sure where to start - or if your child thrives in a group class - this is the perfect place to start! Attend the first class at no charge or book a sample lesson with Miss Margo!

***This session meets Aug 27 through Oct 1 and is designed for older 4 year olds through young 6 year olds.

Hey Blair Academy! This week is theory week for ALL Academy students!

Attend the class for your age group to strengthen your skills in rhythm, note reading, key signatures, and more! This is your chance to become stronger and more confident musicians.

Theory is also an important part of our Blair Advanced program. Blair Advanced students attend theory every week as part of their accelerated training, and once a month, we’re opening the classroom to everyone!

Blair Academy is open this Thursday, August 6!

While some school are closed for voting day, Blair Academy is not a polling location and will be open on a regular schedule.
