LBJ State Park - Group Pavillion (Stonewall, TX)
10am - 10pm

We will be doing a fish fry around 6pm... with all the fixings... This will be a BYOB event.

I apologize in advance about the pool idea. After talking to them it just wasn't as feasible as one might think. However, it will be open until 6pm and is only $2.00 to get in if the kiddos still want to swim.

20 YEARS - Class of 2002!!! As hard as it is to believe, this time 20 years ago we were all gearing up to close out that first big chapter in all of our lives.

This calls for a REUNION!!!

There have been a few of us tossing around ideas over the past year and think we have a plan. However, nothing is set in stone currently and always open for input and/or ideas.

As most of us have children now, it would be great to make this a family affair. With that being said, the idea was to rent out the Stonewall swimming pool for the day and have a BBQ. Followed by an after party in Albert for those of want to keep the party going. (I will be calling Stonewall next week to hopefully get a date set, depending on their availability.)

Shooting for June or July as it's ideal for swimming conditions without being to terribly hot.

I will do my absolute best to keep everyone updated on happenings, & the moment a date is set, so we can all make travel accommodations accordingly.

Ok everybody!!! Making final plans for this Saturday's Class reunion! We are so excited about everybody that is RSVPing and look forward to seeing everyone. We have reached our ticket price for the event and come up with $15 a head. That does NOT include your kiddos! That price will include an awesome dinner, a koozie, a drink from the bar and towards the rental of the place. If you have any questions or if you would like to help set up that morning, message either Jamie, Megan, or Jennifer. THanks!

Good news, Class of 2002! We have an official date and location! The reunion will be on June 9th, 2012 at Albert, TX. Albert will be open for business noon-2:00am. We will be serving dinner at 5:30, but feel free to come and go as you please. This will be a family friendly event. Please send your RSVP to [email protected] including the number of people expected to attend so that we will have a head count for the meal. We will be posting more information periodically as it becomes available.

I'm gonna start the discussion on kids/no kids. I'm sure it has alot of bearing on where we have it as to whether people want to bring their kids. I for one am not bringing my child regardless of the decision. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up/reminiscing, and I know if my child was there, I would be attending to her instead of enjoying myself. I'll definitely bring pictures though!

Hey guys...I need some help finding or getting whereabouts of a couple classmates...Darby Liesmann, Erika Gomez, Will England, John Durst, Jesus Cuellar, Sheila Motongo, Mary-Elizabeth Murphy. If anyone has any information on how to contact these people it would be greatly appreciated. I have looked on facebook, but cannot find them, some might have gotten married and might have new names that I don't know about. Thanks for your help!!!!

Location - Idea: LBJ State Park in Stonewall, Texas. Same place band camp was held. Anyhow, the dining hall is 150.00 per day and the picnic area is 35.00. Availability is fairly limited to the first weekend in March, First and Last weekend in April, and all of May is open... This is just a thought but figured it would be a nice place close to home that is fairly cheap. Let me know

The 10 year mark is quickly approaching and now's the time we all need begin thinking what it is that we would like to do to celebrate this occasion! Open to any and all discussions. Please feel free to update us on any and all information and pictures you may have of our classmates.

Things to keep in mind that need to be discussed and decided upon: Location, Date, Dinner, Drinks, Time frame, Kids (Yes/No).
