Success on paper and a life well lived aren't always the same thing. This episode is about closing the gap between them.

I sat down with David Golden, who's spent a career thinking about how people and communities actually build prosperity.

More than $1.2 million in new state and regional funding flowed into the Tri-Cities to expand coworking hubs, fuel food and CPG start-ups, support digital workforce training, and increase access for underrepresented founders.

From a $236K investment in Unicoi County’s Mountain Harvest Kitchen, to new coworking infrastructure in Greeneville, to digital skills and workforce recovery programs. These grants are creating the environment where innovators can start, grow, and thrive right here at home.

At ETSU Research Corporation, this is the kind of momentum we exist to amplify. When regional partners like Sync Space, Kaifa Events, and community organizations secure resources that strengthen our entrepreneurial landscape, it accelerates the shared prosperity we’re building for our region.
