We are so excited to share that Mountain Home Ballroom is entering a brand-new chapter! After years of building an incredible dance community, we have been given an amazing opportunity—starting this spring, we will be shifting our focus to full-time training, traveling, and competing as professional ballroom competitors!

This has been a dream of ours for so long, and now it’s finally happening! To make this possible, we will be closing the studio on April 1st, with our final week of group classes happening in March. But don’t worry—we’re still offering private lessons by appointment for those who want to continue their dance journey with us!

✨This isn’t goodbye—it’s a level-up.✨ We are beyond grateful for everyone who has supported us, danced with us, and made this community so special. We hope you’ll join us in March for our final group classes and to celebrate this exciting transition!

Our parking lot is slick with ice and snow, so we will be cancelling group classes today with the safety of our dancers in mind. We will be back open on Sunday for our first "Second Sunday Tea Dance" of the year!

Johnson City Parks & Recreation, TN will be hosting a "Daddy Daughter Dance" this February! Looking for a few dips and tricks to twirl your little one on the dance floor? Check out our beginner classes!

Tickets are on sale now for the 2025 Over the Rainbow Daddy Daughter Dance! We are offering two time options this year: 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Saturday, February 8. We are so excited to announce that we will be offering classes EVERY DAY in January! We've had a great year, so we were able to add classes (and an extra social dance) to the schedule for the new year. More group classes means more opportunities to learn! We hope you all love this new schedule as much as we do!

✨ Line Dancing✨
One of the best ways to build confidence in partnership is by first learning to be comfortable dancing on your own! Dancing solo can be intimidating, but with these simple routines you'll be grooving in no time!

✨ Dips and Tricks✨
Sometimes we want to add a little something special to our dancing. This is when we add a dip or trick to our routine! Whether it's a slick dip you lead at a social event or a showstopping lift to wow your audience, we've got you covered in this class!

✨ Tea Dance✨
That's right! We've heard your pleas for more social dance opportunities, and we have added one to the calendar! Every second Sunday, we will be hosting an afternoon tea dance. This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to mingle, enjoy traditional afternoon tea refreshments, and participate in casual social dancing! ALL ages and abilities will be welcomed! Tickets may be purchased online or at the door.
