🌾 Full circles and fresh harvests! Today, Earth Heart Growers brought Hursey Montessori students out to Joseph Fields Farm for an unforgettable farm-to-table experience.
The students got their hands dirty harvesting beautiful organic produce, then cooked a spectacular meal together with the guidance of Chef Director Gabby Smith—who actually graduated from Hursey herself! 👩‍🍳✨
To wrap up a beautiful community meal, the students lent their creative talents to paint recycled sunflower decorations 🌻 for the upcoming Fields Farm Fest on Saturday, November 14! 🚜
Thank you to Mr. Joseph Fields, Chef Gabby, and everyone who made today so special. Connecting youth to the earth is a beautiful thing. 🌍❤️

🌱 Now Enrolling: Little Sprouts an EHG incubatitor and a nurturing Full Spanish Immersion program for infants and toddlers, inspired by the Montessori approach and rooted in organic gardening, cooking, and art.

Here, little ones learn through nature, creativity, and play — exploring language and life skills in a warm, bilingual environment. 🐞✨

💛 What we offer:

Montessori-lessons and learning through a FULL Spanish immersion

Hands-on organic gardening and simple farm-to-table cooking

Creative art projects using natural materials

Gentle care that supports independence and curiosity

🌻 Our first group of Little Sprouts is already recognizing daily Spanish routines and speaking 4–5 words back — proof that language grows beautifully through play and connection! 🌻

🕒 Schedule Options:

Join us 3 hours weekly or the full 4-day program (Mon–Thu, 3 hrs/day)

Morning 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or afternoon sessions 12:30p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mon. and Tuesday available

Spanish After-school for children ages 5–10, once weekly on Wed. 3:30 p.m. to 5:30p.m.

Give your child a beautiful start — where language, nature, and imagination grow together. 🌿
