I’m Joanelle, a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to helping others build strength, relieve pain, and enhance their mind-body connection. My journey began three years ago when I turned to Pilates for back pain relief. Inspired by my transformation, I became an instructor two years ago, finding deep fulfillment in guiding others to feel stronger and more empowered.
My Approach
I use the classical Pilates method to promote physical and mental well-being. My sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, pain relief, and mindfulness, helping clients move with ease and confidence.

Meet Megan! Megan is a passionate yoga teacher specializing in Sculpt, Slow Flow, and Refine & Flow classes. With a focus on mindful movement and intentional breath, Megan creates a space where students can build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Since Megan loves to travel and the beach, she draws inspiration from nature and believes that yoga is a journey both on and off the mat. Megan received her 200 HR RYT this past summer in Long Beach Island, NJ and is so excited to be in the Charleston Area! She looks forward to meeting everyone soon!
