Due to the icy road conditions, the Academy will be closed for lessons Monday Jan 26. Teachers will reach out to their students to arrange online or makeup lessons. Please be safe tomorrow!

Congratulations Akshara!

The past Saturday, many of our students performed at North Point Mall as part of North Fulton Music Teachers Associations “Celebrate with Music” fundraiser. The students all did a wonderful job performing and getting everyone in the holiday spirit! 🎶🎄🎵

The Academy will be closed for Thanksgiving. There are no lessons from Tuesday Nov 25th until Saturday Nov 29th. Lessons will resume Sunday Nov 30th. We hope everyone has a great break!

The academy will be closed Monday, September 1st for Labor Day. No regular lessons will be taught that day.

This week, we’re celebrating reaching 1 million Performance Grade entries. In a Performance Grade exam you perform one own choice piece (alongside three from the syllabus lists) – we want to know which piece you’d choose and why? The most popular piece played in a Performance Grade exam is currently La Chevaleresque. Don’t forget, the BBC Proms launches this evening, so you can look forward to a great summer of music.

Impressive talent and winderful music.

The highly skilled @emmanuelle_dauvin plays violin whilst accompanying herself on the organ pedalboard, in the technique of 17th century organist Nicolaus Bruhns. 🎻 Together with soprano @heathernewhouse.soprano, Emmanuelle has just released ‘Cantata a 2’, a concert programme of Bach’s arias and instrumental works for soprano, violin, and bass.
