Escape the rain this Saturday and enjoy some creative fun at The Art Center! We're still taking registrations for Saturday's Papermaking workshop with Scraplanta. This workshop is for ages 9-adult, so it's a fun one to do as a family, with a friend, or on your own! Learn how to turn all that junk mail into handmade decorated paper that you can use for stationary or art projects:

Learn to recycle and make your own paper with Scraplanta! In this workshop we will experiment with: -Making paper pulp -Forming sheets -Decorating our paper -Collaging, and anything in between! Open to children and adults age 9+ Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Tomorrow, March 7, is our closing reception for Black Joy as Power and Resistance! Come see the incredible printmaking works, including some from prominent artists like David Driskell and Faith Ringgold.
