When a leader says that they are a example then there must be commitment behind those words. Our leaders commit every day to being their best versions and something like folding their uniforms and making sure they are clean and look good is such a prime example of that! HAPPY BIRTHDAY IMA!!!

From the first day with the key in hand and dream in mind, to the cleaning and building long days, to the signing up the first student(who is a black belt now), to our grand opening celebration, to our first tournaments, to our first year celebration, to a happy happy school with happy happy people, we love to simply stop look around and see how much love and joy is in one space. This school is not just a place to train, it’s a place to belong and a place to be loved! We are so grateful for all of the founders that trusted a vision, the families that helped us build, the instructors that believed in us, and you, the community, for all of the love over the years! Introducing Master Chapovsky!

Today, we proudly celebrate Master Jonathan Chapovsky, whose journey to Master has been defined not only by years of dedication to the martial arts, but by an unwavering commitment to serving others.

Master Chapovsky has spent a lifetime pursuing knowledge, refining his skills, and honoring the path paved by the Masters who came before him—while helping build the road for the next generation of leaders to follow.

His impact reaches far beyond the training floor. From teaching our youngest students their very first kick, to mentoring future instructors, volunteering countless hours in the community, serving as an ambassador for martial arts around the world, certifying judges, and helping uphold the highest standards of competition, his passion has touched thousands of lives.

He believes that martial arts is about more than punches and kicks—it is about building confidence, character, discipline, and leadership in every person who walks through the doors.

A Master is measured not by the rank they wear, but by the legacy they leave. Through every class taught, every student encouraged, every act of service, and every leader developed, Master Chapovsky continues to leave an impact that will be felt for generations.
