Wishing Everyone a Happy and Safe 4th of July! From Mr. Ewing and all the staff members at The Dojo!

Karate and this Dojo has saved my life countless times in life. The strength to never give up on myself when times were tough and the inspiration and joy that it brings me to be a part of a like minded community.

A Black Belt was once a white belt that never gave up. Whether its bullying, self-esteem issues, or loss please keep believing in yourself no matter what. The Dojo will always be here to help the families and children get through anything they are going through. "We all get hit hard in life, but it's not about how hard we can hit back, it's about how hard we can get hit and keep going". - Rocky

Lets GO!!!!!

I'm celebrating another day free from alcohol. If you are celebrating this 4th please be safe out there. Drunk drivers can be at large today. Car accidents can even happen to those who are sober. If you are drinking and driving think about the kids and families who are innocent. A Lyft or Uber can save a life.

Love,
Sean

As I sit here on a Sunday waiting to teach a private lesson, I look at this mat. I think of all the blood sweat and tears that have fallen through out the years from champs that have trained, kids who have overcome fears and big emotions, students that have grown and become confident and chased their dreams. It is here that I contemplate about life. I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity than to be of service to their journeys. To be a part of the hardship and the victories. never give up, and never give up on yourselves. These words are branded into us here.
