Why has City of Jesup always had to put up with the mess up and down the railroad tracks at SE Broad Street.
Downtown Jesup is such a beautiful place, and this mess really makes Jesup appear very ugly and unkept.
I know the railroad company owns that strip evidently, but my goodness, I sure wish that cld be kept mowed and cleaned up.
Does anyone else ever notice this??
