📸 Big ideas, curious minds, and a strong start to GATE!

Our GATE students are kicking off the year with Mrs. Lee through activities that help them get to know one another, explore how they learn, and build confidence! 🌟

This October, students will:
🔎 Explore the GATE room with a scavenger hunt
🛍️ Share their stories through All About Me Bags
📚 Practice library skills and discover new reads
💡 Review their learning with Jeopardy
💛 Explore self-esteem and trying new things
🚀 Begin a new unit on career exploration!

Thank you to our families for connecting at Back to School Night and generously supporting our classroom wishlist. We can’t wait to fill our board with snapshots of students learning and growing! 📸✨

📚✨ Back to School Night at TECCS! ✨📚

What a wonderful evening welcoming our TECCS families back for another exciting school year! 💙

We had a fantastic turnout and loved seeing so many families come together to connect with our teachers, staff, and administration. A special highlight of the evening was Book Buddies with GEO the Otter 🦦📖, bringing our school community together through the joy of reading!

A big thank-you to our administration, teachers, staff, and families for making Back to School Night such a great success. We’re looking forward to an amazing year of learning, growing, and making memories together! 💙📚

Learning is always more fun when there’s a little mystery involved! 🔎📚

Middle school students in Ms. Carollo’s ELA class worked together to find their clues for the day. Students used collaboration, critical thinking, and classroom discussion to uncover the meaning behind the lesson.

A creative way to keep students moving, thinking, and engaged! ✨

✨ Learning is better together! ✏️📚

Our Kindergarten students are building their spelling skills one word at a time! During their spelling circle, students worked alongside Mrs. Guirguis to practice letter sounds, recognize patterns, and confidently spell their words. 🔤💡

We love seeing learning come to life through collaboration, encouragement, and lots of participation! 💛
