CHA at NJCU strives to achieve and engage faculty, staff and students throughout the University community stewardship of education, leadership and culture.

Established in 1982, the Council on Hispanic Affairs (CHA) of New Jersey City University has served the University community, the residents of Hudson County, and the citizens of New Jersey. Its membership consists of volunteer students, faculty, and staff. The Council’s primary goal is to increase the awareness of and appreciation for the contributions of Latin American cultures and traditions.

SuperKidz Kamp is seven days of growth, development, friendship, and fun. From orientation to our closing ceremony, our program is structured to create peer groups that encourage our campers to develop the skills, values, and personal qualities needed to resist negative social influences and become successful leaders and effective team members.
