Our Cohort 12 has a commitment to cultural sensitivity, competence, and active listening:
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment that values diversity and cultural sensitivity. We believe that understanding and appreciating different perspectives not only enriches our learning experience but also strengthens our community. By actively listening to and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, we aim to cultivate empathy and promote a sense of belonging.
We are committed to enhancing our cultural competence and creating opportunities for growth. By celebrating our unique identities and sharing our experiences, we will build meaningful connections and work together to create a supportive and inclusive community that empowers every member.
