Proud of the outstanding work presented by our MA in Educational Technology students at our Educational Technology Symposium at New Jersey City University. Students explored topics including parent-teacher communication after COVID, literacy makerspaces for young learners, assistive technology in inclusion classrooms, immersive multimedia storytelling, computer-adaptive testing, and industry certification pathways in CAD education.
What made this symposium especially exciting was the range of project formats. While our research course has traditionally focused on formal research studies, students can now also complete field-based professional projects such as implementation manuals, instructional websites, and professional development series. At the Educational Technology Department we’re proudly setting standards with innovation and service—creatively investigating and developing long-term solutions.
Check out the video of the event.
